About Mr. Bill's Fine Foods!

An idea hatched between 2 brothers (Bill & Dan Uhler) launched into existence “Mr. Bill’s Fine Foods” in 1981. During the last 29 years they traveled along the Eastern Seaboard and as far west as Tempe Arizona. Nowadays, Mr. Bill takes his “show” on the road year round in Pennsylvania and Florida.

Operating out of food concession trailers or tents Mr. Bill is a self contained food concessionaire. The trailers and tents have their own water supply, electricity (using a whisper generator) and propane to make everything easy to set up. The tents are all fire rated and the only thing needed is a space close by for a cargo trailer. Mr. Bill complies with all licenses or permits, may it be local, county, state or federal and carries the necessary liability insurance. He can also name your group or organization as co-insured.

If your appetite calls for a Homemade Funnel Cake (the primary item on the menu) then Mr. Bill’s Fine Foods is for you. The recipe has been perfected over the years using an original Amish recipe from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The secret “recipe” makes for a yummy taste sensation. Other items on the menu are Chicken Platters, Fries, ¼ lb. “Belly Buster” Hot Dogs, Prime Rib Steak Sandwiches, Black Angus Burgers and of course our Fresh Squeezed Lemonade (Click here to see photos of our Food). So just step in line where you see Mr. Bill’s Fine Foods logo for some great homemade food or go to the link (Food) to see other items that could be used to compliment your event.

It’s not easy setting up large events such as the “Rolling Rock Town Fair” where the “Red Hot Chili Peppers” were the main act back in 1999 or the “Salute to the Classics” that took place at Linden Hall. Mr. Bill can handle the biggest event down to a local community event (Click here to see photos of various events). At one time, Mr. Bill had permanent spots at the I.C. Lite and the Chevrolet Amphitheatre and the 3 Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.

If you need an organizer or sponsor, he will try to accommodate you. (Click here to see photos of past sponsorships). He takes pride in “getting involved” in the event. So, if you have a theme (Halloween, Christmas, or Patriotic) let him know and he’ll do his best to “look the part” (Click here to see photos of various event themes). No matter where your event might be located, Mr. Bill will be there. Mr. Bill will show up no matter how the weather might be. Rain, snow, heat, cold or even floods will not stop Mr. Bill from being there.

Mr. Bill and his Northern & Southern crews are always smiling and that’s because they make work fun and enjoy meeting the folks who stand in line for one of the best Homemade Funnel Cakes. So – if it’s good food and fun people you want at your next event, go to the Contact link to see you can contact him. As past promoters and event staff have told him, their event just wasn’t complete without - - -
